Winemaker's Review:
Château Plaisance 2014 is an authentic reflection of its year, presenting a sustained cherry-red color, delicately edged with an amber rim. On the nose, it offers a refined complexity, a lively freshness, and subtly floral aromas of sweet spices, cachou (liquorice extract), and white pepper, inviting discovery. The palate is fresh and crisp, with a light structure and mouthwatering tannins that lead to a soft and pleasant finish. This vintage is a vin de plaisir (wine of enjoyment), easy to appreciate now, while retaining good aging potential for years to come.

Ingredients:
This wine is primarily made from the Merlot grape varietal, complemented by proportions of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, contributing to its finesse and balance. The grapes are carefully selected, coming from our best plots in the Saint-Émilion terroir . Vinification is carried out in a traditional manner, with the aim of revealing the purest expression of the vintage. Aging in oak barrels brings subtle complexity and elegant structure.

Château Plaisance 2014 is a natural product, made exclusively from grapes and is therefore suitable for vegans. It is important to note the presence of sulphites, used in minimal quantities to ensure the stability and preservation of the wine.
